tabata - 20/10 8 rounds
ab wheel - 5 sets 10 reps
chest expander - 10 sets 15 reps
medic ball - 4 sets 10 reps
low plank - 2 sets -> 1 min each

BALLISTIC MANIPULATION & RESTRICTED STRIKING

2° drill -> ballistich clinch - low line knee to the groin - chin rip - head rotation - use of the environment
